Kaan started his professional kitchen journey when he was only 14 years old. He started gaining experience in Türkiye’s top restaurants and hotels while still in school. Then he moved to Spain to work at a Michelin-starred restaurant to gain top-level cooking and management experience. Then he moved to San Francisco to work at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, where he became a saucier at the age of 21. Alp has an extensive background in advertising. His versatile experiences from the past in Türkiye’s top agencies and Türkiye’s biggest conglomerate. Being in close contact with some of the leading brands in their respective industries makes him understand the different and unique needs of each brand. Like brands such as, but not limited to: Intel, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Avon, and Caterpillar. His media planning and brand management skills, as well as his creative side (graphic design and copywriting), bring a creative yet corporate approach to the campaigns he works on. In September 2023, he and his friends, and subsequently his partners, co-founded Adnastic, a creative agency whose power lay in the foundation of connecting dots and its interprofessional nature that aims to bring a more dynamic approach to restaurant communication.
Berk, who studied Advertising with a 100% scholarship from Istanbul Bilgi University, took part in the marketing team of BiSU, which received an investment with a valuation of 100 million dollars during his student years. After graduation, he started working as a copywriter in the Istanbul office of FCB, the third oldest advertising agency in the USA. During his time at FCB, he wrote the scripts for the television commercials of GoTürkiye, the global brand of the Republic of Turkey. With a valuation of 3 million euros, he played a role as Growth Manager in the establishment of Petopy, which received investment from Nestle.
Now at Adnastic, he creates the strategies and creative routes of brands and manages their digital assets as CCO.
